It is November, and time to start holiday planning. Our table includes sweet potatoes every year, both for their great flavor and nutritional value. Here, we created a twist on the traditional heavy, brown sugar and marshmallow recipe by adding fresh tangy green apples and lemon sugar. You won't believe what a great flavor combination this is.

I had the opportunity to try this delicious dish. It was a nice combination of the sweet potatoes, and a touch of zesty lemon to compliment each bite. I would definitely like to try this for the holiday season.
